Have you set up your LDS account? All you have to do is go to this link
 lds.org

Then go to the top right where you click on Sign In and it will lead you through the process to sign in. It will even save your login information, so you don't have to remember it all the time.

NOTE: You should have a file saved on  your computer with all of your passwords for the sites you like to go to. You should also have your passwords saved in a file on your phone and a paper copy.
